Cut the chicken breast in 1 in cubes

Chop the onion and set aside
In a saucepan, heat the oil until very hot
While the oil warms up, slice the butter in 1/4 in slices
Add the onion and right before it starts turning transparent add the chopped garlic
Let the garlic toast lightly but don't let it burn
Add the chicken cubes to the mix
Add the sliced butter to the pan
Once the butter melts and there is a nice garlic, onion, butter aroma, toss the chicken with the garlic onion butter mix
let the chicken in the butter for 10-15 minutes until the chicken starts turning color
Then, add the heavy cream.
Add the remaining OMG Cajun Seasoning, Garlic Salt
Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes
At the same time, cook the desired pasta. Follow the instructions on the packet. Optional: we recommend adding a table spoon of oil to the water to prevent the pasta from sticking together and add two peeled garlic cloves.
After the 10 minutes add the sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil leaves and green onions to the creamy sauce and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
By this time your pasta should be ready. Drain the pasta and add it to the creamy sauce.
Mix the pasta and the sauce well and let it cook together for 2-3 minutes.
Serve and garnish with parmesan cheese.
